Geometry Wars sequel brought forward
What, no delay?
It's not often release dates get moved forward but that's exactly what's happened to Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2. The Bizarre Creations title is now due out next Wednesday rather than at some point in August as expected.
The much anticipated sequel will cost 800 Microsoft points (GBP 6.80 / EUR 9.60) when it does arrive on Xbox Live Marketplace.
Retro Evolved 2 will feature multiple games modes, local head-to-head or co-operative play and an interesting co-pilot option which allows one person to shoot while the other one steers. There are also a load of brand new special moves, brightly coloured enemies and re-jigged visuals to get excited about as well as the usual array of achievements and leaderboards.
