Mega Man 9 will be hard - Takeshita

Because nothing good comes easy

Remember the days when games were tough and finishing one was the exception rather than the rule? Well Mega Man 9 could be a return to those golden days according to producer Hironobu Takeshita.

Speaking to Kotaku Takeshita said "Mega Man 9 is very hard, we didn't want to do Mega Man, but easy. We want players to get better, we want them to remember.

He went on to add "I've always tried to challenge players, and I think there are gamers who miss being challenged by games."

The Capcom produced Mega Man 9 should be out later on this year on Wii, PS3 and Xbox 360.

what are your thoughts?

  1. I totally agree, although I like the story driven, long, but beatable game. There's just some nostalgia in getting the crap kicked out of you a bunch of times before you time jumping that bullet or flying blade just right.
