Beleaguered Tomb Raider creators SCi Entertainment (Eidos Interactive, if you prefer), are the subject of take-over discussions once again this morning.

The publisher has been having a terrible year, in which losses have soared and the share price collapsed, prompting much speculation that a bigger player will soon snap up the firm.

Apparently, two parties have made early inquiries: EA and Ubisoft according to the Daily Mail. While EA owns 25% of Ubi, it is believed the take-over attempts are separate.

Shares are presently valued at just over 18 pence, while just 12 months ago they were worth 243 pence. The company's value has dropped dramatically in the last year, while Time Warner had been gradually building a stake in the company as well - and now owns over 16%.

SCi/Eidos own IP including Tomb Raider, Hitman, Championship Manager, Deus Ex and more. We'll keep you posted.
