Resident Evil 5 demo coming later

Japan gets demo in December

The Capcom blog has said that US and European gamers will have to wait for the Resident Evil 5 demos, although those in Japan will get to sample the goods on December 5th.

According to the Capcom Investor Relations team, RE5 development is "proceeding faster than predicted", which has brought forward the Japanese release date to March 5th 2009.

Unfortunately, those of us in North America and Europe will still have to wait until Friday the 13th to get our hands on the latest in the survival horror series.

So, Friday the 13th really is unlucky for some.
